Trex stands behind its decking and railing products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. When installed and maintained according to Trex guidelines, products are warranted not to crack, split, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage from termite activity or fungal decay. Should a covered defect occur, Trex will provide either a product replacement or a prorated refund of the original purchase price.
The manufacturer’s warranty is transferable one time within the first five years of the original purchase, extending coverage to the new property owner for the balance of the warranty term.
MicroPro / LifeWood Pressure-Treated Lumber — Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Coverage Period: Lifetime protection against termite damage and fungal decay.
This warranty applies to lumber pressure-treated with MicroPro® or LifeWood® micronized copper azole preservatives. If the treated wood structurally fails — meaning it can no longer serve its intended load-bearing or structural purpose due to termite infestation or decay fungi that compromise the wood’s cell walls — the manufacturer will, at its discretion, replace the affected material or issue a refund up to the original purchase price.
Exclusions: Surface-level mold, mildew, or cosmetic fungi that affect only the appearance of the wood are not considered structural failure. Natural weathering, including graying, checking, and color change, is a normal characteristic of wood exposure and is not classified as fungal decay.

Techo-Bloc Hardscape Products — Manufacturer’s Warranty
Coverage Period: Transferable lifetime guarantee, effective from the date of product delivery.
Techo-Bloc warrants the structural integrity of its paver, slab, and step products against manufacturing defects and abnormal surface deterioration — including damage resulting from the application of standard rock salt (sodium chloride) for winter de-icing. Wet Cast collection products are excluded from salt-related coverage unless specifically noted.

Cambridge Pavers — Manufacturer's Product Warranty
Coverage Period: Lifetime guarantee on pavingstones and wallstones.
Cambridge Pavers warrants that its pavingstone and wallstone products, when installed in accordance with CMHA (Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association) guidelines, will be free from manufacturing defects. Defective units will be replaced at no charge for materials. Replacement labor is the responsibility of the property owner.
